The LAC provides people of all ages a creative outlet to study and develop their gifts. Our desire is to offer a place where every age group can train skillfully and be in a safe, God-honoring atmosphere.

Great Commission Training
Sunday, April 7
, 5-6pm, Room 103

You will create and learn how to share your testimony in 15 seconds, as well as how to simply present the gospel in one minute using the Three Circles approach. Going out into the community could change the way you view God, Christ, and your neighbors. It could be life changing for you or someone in our community.

Each month we will collect different items for Operation Christmas Child. You can drop off these items at the Info/Missions Center in the Worship Center Atrium.

Parent Commitment, Sunday, October 7

Parent Commitment is a time when we introduce our babies and young children to our congregation, pray for their parents, and commit to partner with them while they bring up their children following godly principals. If you would like more information or would like to inquire about upcoming Parent Commitment opportunities, please email Carlee Belcher the Preschool Ministry Assistant.

First Baptist Church Child Development Center (CDC) is a Bible-based enrichment program for preschoolers from 12 months old through Pre-K age. Each day we offer loving care, developmental activities and support to families in our community.

Kids At First

FX (Family Experience), February 10
4:30pm, Fellowship Center

FX (Family Experience) is a place for the whole family to learn and laugh together while drawing closer to God. Who said church couldn’t be fun?!? FX introduces kids and families to the topic they will study for the month and gives them the tools they need to grow in the Lord.

EPIC, Wednesday Nights
6-7:15pm, Kidzone Area

EPIC is the place kindergarten through fifth-grade kids come to learn what it means to follow Jesus. In addition to a lot of FUN, kids will enjoy Bible stories, small groups, and sports recreation. Fourth and fifth graders can choose to participate in Bible Drill.

Bible Drill helps kids learn to use their Bible and memorize 25 Bible Verses, 10 Key Passages, and the Books of the Bible using whole-body learning and games. 

Wired252, Sunday Nights
4:30-6pm, Fellowship Center Atrium

WiRED252 combines all the great things about children's choir and high-energy worship with a fun and meaningful discipleship program called 252!

Pursue Summit, Wednesday Nights
6:30-8pm, Room 243

MIDDLE SCHOOL and HIGH SCHOOL:  High-energy excitement, games, friends, powerful worship, and great teaching you can relate to. This is a place where you can bring your friends, have a great time, and grow in your relationship with God. 

Super Summer 2019
June 17-21

Super SummerSuper Summer is not a camp, but a week of structured and focused gospel training—a week which is also a lot of fun. If you are a student that has declared Jesus Christ as your Savior and Lord, wants to know the gospel, is burdened for the lost, and wants to seek opportunities to share the gospel with those around them, then come join us for this incredible week!

Acts Bible Study, Sunday Nights

Fellowship Center Overflow

Join us Sunday nights at 4:30pm in the Fellowship Center Overflow, as we study the book of Acts with Dr. Jim Wilkins.

Monday Nights, 6-8pm

GriefShare care groups offer support for adults dealing with the loss of a loved one as they move through the stages of grief with a friendly, caring group of people. More details and registration can be found at

55+ At First

M.A.G.I.C Gameday, January 25
Fellowship Center Overflow @ 11:30am

We meet at 11:30am in the Overflow room to eat a prepared lunch and play games such as dominoes and cards. Meal at 11:30am Food is prepared by the church cost is $7 Prepay  in your Bible Study class, and deposit your Prepaid envelope to the North Info Center or give to Leesa in church office.
